Eating food that has carbohydrate will make your blood glucose rise. The amount it rises depends on the quantity that you eat at one time.
Eating snacks that are less than 10g of carbohydrate are thought to be a sensible quantity in order to keep your blood glucose levels in target which may help to manage your risk of type 2 diabetes.
